I did it about three notebooks at a time. Then I clicked Import ENEX File and selected the applicable notebook. I unchecked the modified date box because I wanted the original create dates to be listed on each page, not modified date. I basically ignored the top part of the dialog box. Then with both EN and ON closed, I opened the importer app evernote2onenote.exe. In export options, I unchecked Tags because that causes separate sections to be created, containing copies of all notes with that tag, which was too confusing and redundant.
